1.First open an RGB mode image with a black background. You can try other backgrounds also Write some text in the selection mode. | ||||

2.Select the gradient tool and use this White to blue gradient (Load this gradient from the gradients option window) and mode normal paint from top to bottom.
Go to SELECT/MODIFY/CONTRACT and contract the selection by 2 or so...sepending upon your image |

3. Select the gradient tool and use this RED to white gradient
(Load this gradient from the gradients option window) and mode normal paint from bottom to top. Select none (ctrl+D). Open the brushes window if it is not open and load this brush called STAR. Select the airbrush tool and put some highlights (make sure the foregroundcolour is white) on the image to get the final output. |
